Description of Application:
This $353M project is to increase the capacity and the environmental benefits at the Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant.  The rehabilitation of the existing effluent channels had to be completed prior to the tie-in of the new plant expansion.  This was a critical path item and needed to be completed before the weather delayed construction.
