Description of Application:
A newly-poured concrete lift station, 20’ x 20’ x 25’ deep well, with approximately 3500 sq. ft. walls/floor/ceiling, which received the 405 lining system. New concrete was abrasive blasted to an ICRI CSP 5. Raven 760 was sprayed via mortar pump at 1/8” & back-troweled to resurface bug holes and surface imperfections, one coat Raven 171 FS at 5-10 mil DFT & 125 mils Raven 405 as a finish coat.
