Description of Application:
A new lift station was designed to receive Raven 405 protective coating prior to being placed in service. Raven 405 was applied to a DFT of 60 mils to prepared surfaces. Holiday detection was used to ensure the integrity of monolithic protection. Many municipalities are approaching design of new wastewater structures with preventative methods in mind. The addition of Raven protective coatings can extend the life of a structure in a corrosive wastewater environment by 50 years.
