Description of Application
Rehabilitation of an existing corroded steel digester dome and 8 feet down the concrete shell walls. Steel was abrasive blasted to meet SSPC SP-10 / NACE No. 2 and coated with 40-60 mils of Raven 405 Epoxy. Concrete was completely resurfaced with Raven 760 HPPC and Raven 405 Epoxy was spray applied at 80-100 mils DFT.
